Drill Holes
“Drilling” when used in printing, refers to the method of forming circular holes in paper by using a rotating bit.
Paper Drilling
The process of hole punching can be expedited by utilizing paper drilling instead of manual punching. While manual punching can only create circular holes through a few sheets of paper at a time, paper drilling is capable of creating holes through a much larger quantity of sheets. The resulting holes are precise and provide a clean finish.
We offer a vast selection of printed products, including printed notepads, NCR pads, and swing tags, among others, that may require drilled holes. We employ industry-specific equipment that is capable of drilling holes through large quantities of paper and various paper stocks.
We are pleased to offer five different hole sizes for our printed notepads and other products: 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, and 8mm. Furthermore, we are able to punch three different hole configurations: 1 hole, 2 holes, or 4 holes.
Our machinery allows us to drill through any lamination finish allowing you to get the most from your product.
